DENTSU SOKEN's basic policy is to maintain an appropriate level of steady dividends while retaining sufficient internal reserves to ensure sustained growth. The target consolidated payout is 40% and more.
(note) DENTSU SOKEN implemented a 1:2 common stock split on January 1, 2021, but no adjustment has been made to the dividend per share.
