2. Background on ISID's revision of estimated business results

Systems development business is estimated to exceed the previously estimated business results while hardware products sales, of which gross margin rate is relatively low, is going to fall below the previous estimation. Thus, in both consolidated and non-consolidated financial results estimation, total gross margin is estimated to increase although net sales will be almost equal to the previous estimation. On the otherhand, costs and management expenses are estimated to be lower than from the previous estimation. As a result, ISID estimates that net ordinary income and net income will exceed largely the previous consolidated and non-consolidated financial results estimation.
