Today one of ISID's affiliates, Kanematsu Electronics Ltd. (KEL, Representative: Noboru Kinoshita, President & CEO) announced the sale of its fixed assets and the estimated loss on this sale. As ISID had already made mark to market evaluation on KEL's net assets, there will be little impact on ISID's financial results estimation for this fiscal period by the KEL's transaction.
