1. Essentials of Structural Reform

- Creation of three Divisions and four Business Operations
There will be three Divisions: Corporate Strategy & Planning Division, Administrative Division, and Business Development & Control Division, and the reorganization will be effected as follows.
 

• In conjunction with the absorption of the back-office administration company ISID Horizon into ISID, the functions of the administrative division, including General Affairs, Accounting, Personnel, and Internal Information Systems, that had formerly been transferred to ISID Horizon will now be re-integrated into ISID and established as a Division.

• Financial Industry Business Operations and part of General Industry Business Operations will be reorganized by integrating them into a single Business Operations with the creation of BS Business Operations.
• The ERP Business related Department within General Industry Business Operations will be established as an independent entity, namely, ERP  Consulting Business Operations.
• Dentsu/IT Business Operations will be renamed Outsourcing Business Operations.
• In order to reinforce our project management capability, a Project Management Office (PMO) will be established in each Division so as to ensure proper project execution and profit attainment. Each PMO will closely cooperate and coordinate with the PMO Liaison Functions established within Business Development & Control Division to take charge of the project management affairs.

- Sales & Marketing Division, Western Region will be established to act as the coordinating function for all sales activities in Western Japan.
 

2. Organizational Changes (Changed parts of the organization only)

- The following will be implemented at Corporate Strategy & Planning Division.

(1) Corporate Communication Department that has been under the direct control of the President will come under the control of Corporate Strategy & Planning Division.
(2) Human Resources & General Affairs Department will be abolished.
(3) Accounting & Finance Department will be established.

- Administrative Division will be established and the following will take effect within this Divisions.

(1) The functions of Human Resources & General Affairs Department will be transferred from Corporate Strategy & Planning Division and General Affairs Department and Human Resources Department will be established.
(2) Legal Department will be transferred from Corporate Strategy & Planning Division.

(1) Technology Department will be abolished and the research and development functions will be transferred to Systems Administration & Control Department.
(2) Resource Management Department will be newly established.
(3) Corporate Information Systems Department will be established.

- The following will be established in the newly created BS Business Operations.

(1) Business Planning & Management Department
(2) Solution & Product Planning Department
(3) Solution Sales Department 1,Financial Industry
(4) Solution Sales Department 2, Financial Industry
(5) Solution Sales Department 3, Financial Industry
(6) Solution Sales Department, General Industry
(7) Sales Department, General Industry, Western Region
(8) Product Sales Department 1
(9) Product Sales Department 2
(10) Solution Development Department 1, Financial Industry
(11) Solution Development Department 2, Financial Industry
(12) Solution Development Department 3, Financial Industry
(13) Solution Development Department, General Industry
(14) Product Consulting Department 1
(15) Product Consulting Department 2
(16) Product Consulting Department 3

- The following will take effect in Manufacturing Industry Business Operations.

(1) Solutions Sales and Marketing Department will be newly created.
(2) CAE Marketing & Sales Department will be renamed Engineering Marketing & Sales Department.
(3) Product Development Department will be newly established.

(1) Service Management Department will be abolished and Business Management Department will be newly created.
(2) IT Consulting Department 3 will be newly created.
(3) Management Information Project Department will be divided into three, namely IT Consulting Department 4, IT Consulting Department 5, and IT Consulting Department 6.

- The following will take effect in the newly created ERP  Consulting Business  Operations.
(1) ERP Business Marketing Department will be newly created.
(2) ERP Sales Department, Western Region will be newly created.
(3) Consulting Department I and Consulting Department2 will be newly created. 

- Sales & Marketing Division, Western Region will be newly created to coordinate sales in Western Japan.
