Notice of Merger of Subsidiaries
    Information Services International Dentsu, Ltd. (ISID, head office: Nakano-ku, Tokyo, Representative: Jutaro Takinami, President & CEO) hereby gives notice that the decision was taken at the Board of Directors' Meeting held on March 29, 2004 that the two subsidiaries of ISID, namely, ISI-Dentsu of America, Inc. and ISI-Dentsu Holdings, Inc. are to be merged. 

This is to serve notice that ISI-Dentsu Holdings, Inc. will remain and fully absorb ISI-Dentsu of America, Inc., and that the retained company ISI-Dentsu Holdings, Inc. will be renamed ISI-Dentsu of America, Inc.
