Revision of estimated business results for the interim period ending in September 30, 2002

Information Services International-Dentsu, Ltd. (ISID) announced today, its revised financial results forecast for the interim period ending in September 30, 2002. Details of the results forecast as follows.

2. Background on ISID's revision of estimated business results

(1) Due to Sales Activities

As IT investments repression among financial industry, manufacturing industry and distribution / service industry has been intensified, ISID's sales is estimated to be lower than the previous estimation, due to some delays of customers' system acceptance, lower sales of software products, hardware and others. Also, due to the lower sales and other issues like some development projects with low profitability, ordinary loss and net loss are estimated for this interim period.

(2) Due to Other Issues

Due to the recent stock market conditions, write-down of investment securities will be booked as extraordinary loss.
