Revision of consolidated half-year business results estimation

TOKYO October 31st, 2001 - Information Services International-Dentsu, Ltd.(ISID) announced today, its revised financial results forecast for the first half of the fiscal year 2001. Details of the results forecast are as follows:

2. Background on ISID's revision of estimated business results

Sales of systems development services and software products are estimated to exceed the previous business estimation. As a result, ISID estimates that ordinary income and net income will exceed the previous consolidated half-year financial results estimation.

Regarding the full year business results estimation for the year ending March, 2001, ISID estimates the same results as the previous estimation.
